The Company
You will be joining a medium size construction firm that currently employees between 25-30 people locally and undertakes projects valued to $50M within Aged Care, Multi Storey and Luxury Residential sector.
They have been operating for over 20 years and employee a dedicated team that have been with them for many years

The Position

This position will be in a contract role as a contract administrator to help on their busy projects. This will include helping to scope and negotiate contracts, procurement, oversee subbie payments and variations whilst also helping with design management and site coordination as required.

Ideal background
  • Construction Management degree and min of 3 years’ experience with tier 1 or 2 builder
  • Experience using Procore/Job Pac or Cheops
  • Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Strong software knowledge
