The Company  
The founders / owners of this privately owned builder are passionate, astute leaders who have handpicked the exe management team over the last 5 years and are driving the business forward with a clear 2025 business plan. For over 15 years they have forged a successful business working with blue chip clients in aged care, government, and residential sectors. Currently turning over approx. $300M and employing a dedicated team of approx. 110 ppl.

The Position
This is a 2-year contract to see out the resi project in Chatswood as a contract CA valued $60m.

Qualifications / Skills
  • Construction Management or related degree and min 6years’ experience
  • Highly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurement
  • Experience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clients
  • Ideally looking for someone from a tier two/three background
  • Demonstrated leaderships skills and ability to work in a team environment whilst training and mentoring the next generation
  • In depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.
  • Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
