Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established, highly reputable Tier 2 commercial building head contractor who are growing within Perth due to picking up new projects and require an experienced Contract Administrator to play a key role on upcoming projects.
The Client
A Builder that have been established within Perth for over 30+ years and pride themselves on delivering quality projects, which is a key reason behind them consistently receiving repeat business from key clients in WA.
With a proven track record in delivering a range of new projects from; Commercial, Education, Aged Care, Retail and Civic buildings, this builder is well established in the tier 2 market and specialises in delivering projects up to $50m.
The Role - Contract Administrator
In the role of CA, you will play a key role in leading the delivery and working closely with the Senior Project Manager and commercial team in a hybrid role that is a mix between office and site based. All aspects of a CA role; managing sub contractors, overseeing project finances, managing program of works etc.
You'll have a proven track record with 3+ years experience in a CA role for a well reputed commercial builder on new build projects in Australia.
