Overview:
A medium sized builder who specialise in boutique apartment projects operating throughout the Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire and the Lower North Shore are actively seeking to add a new Senior CA to the team 

The Role: 
As the Senior CA you will lead the charge on all contractual matters and commercial matters reporting to the Project Manager. You'll manage a Junior CA / Cadet, helping them achieve their career goals while capitalising on the commercial out comes of the project. 

The Project: 
The initial project in a 65 unit development with the potential to get you started immediately 

Skill and Experience: 

• Seeking a Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator ready to Step up.
• Construction / Engineering Degree with Minimum of 5 years CA experience
• Experience working for a builder in the Medium Density Residential sector. 
• Be able to lead from the front 
• Confident in your ability
• Jobpac experience would be advantageous
