A well-established builder who were founded in QLD over 10 years ago are currently in a period of growth and looking to add a couple of key people to the business. They are known for delivering commercial and health fitouts up to $5M and more recently projects in the new build sector up to a value of $10M. They have an excellent staff retention rate and offer an appealing work/life balance.

About the Role – Contracts Administrator

Due to upcoming projects across the health sector there is a requirement for an additional Contracts Administrator to join the team.  Typically you will work across 2-3 projects at any one time and will report to a Project Manager.
  
Skills and Experience 
  • A construction degree
  • Anything from 3 to 5 years plus experience as a CA
  • Fit out or new build experience will be considered
  • Previous experience with a known builder in Australia
  • Precious use of Jobpac or Cheops would be an advantage
  • Stability with previous employers
