Established over 20 years ago this well regarded and award-winning builder has become a major player in NSW competing against the nation’s leading mid-tier builders. They have an annual turnover of $300M and employ in excess of 120 staff.

They have a solid reputation for delivering projects in the commercial, industrial, retail and more recently large refurbishment sector. As 2019 / 20 is tipped to be a busy year they are gearing up accordingly.

The Position:

Due to the successful appointment on a large-scale retail project in the Newcastle region worth $30M we are helping with the recruitment of an experienced Contract Administrator

Working closely with the Project Manager you will be responsible for administrating the head contract and managing the subcontract packages. This will involve scoping and negotiating trade packages, assessing variations, overseeing monthly payments and coordinating the trades as required.

You will have completed a Construction Management degree, have experience working with similar tier two builders on projects in excess of $20M.
