Established over 35 years ago this highly respected builder who specialise in the commercial, and retail sectors have recently secured a number of projects.
 
They are a multi state builder who are looking at 2023 as a chance to grow with a busy market. They have a fantastic reputation in the NSW market and are a dominant force building projects of a value of anything up to $150M. Due to recent projects secured they are on the lookout for a competent Contract Administrator.
 
As a Contract Administrator you will be office based which is located close on the North Shore. The is a contract role for 2-3 months to help out on a number of projects.
 
To be considered for this role as a Contract Administrator you must show the below.
 

  • Worked for a similar size builder in Australia
  • Have a completed Construction degree
  • 3-5 years plus experience in a role of Contract Administrator
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Have a commercial or retail background
