In this uncertain market this builder has been able to secure 3 new large scale high-end projects from repeat business, which has lead to the decision to create the position of Senior Project Manager to lead the Construction team. 
 
As a Construction Manager you will initially leading 3 separate site teams over the Central coast . Each team has a traditional structure consisting of PM, SM,SF and CA.  You will report directly in to the Managing Director and will be solely responsible for the delivery teams . 
  
You must have experience delivering residential projects from $60M plus! 
  
The candidate this well established mid-tier builder is looking for will have:
  

• A minimum of 10 year's experience as a Project Manager in AUSTRALIA
• Come from a tier 1/2 background
• Have experience delivering multi level residential projects
• Show stability with past employers
• Have experience with known builders in Australia
• Able to manage a team and multi task
• Be well presented
• Ability to produce realistic and competitive programs
• Able to lead from the front and manage a team
