Skills and Experience
- Building licence for QLD and NSW
- Demonstrated background in residential construction, complex sites will be highly regarded.
- Strong construction background, the ability to act as the trusted adviser to the development team.
- Intimate knowledge of the local market is essential.
- Hands on approach to running a project.
- Estimation experience.
- Project software including, Cubit and Buildertrend.
