The company
This well respected builder were established over 30 years ago and have operations in QLD, NSW and VIC. They are a key player in the fit out and refurbishment sector as well as delivering new build construction projects in the health, commercial and retail sector to the value of $70M. They have a national annual T/O of over $700M with around $100M of that figure currently in QLD with the aim to continue growing. They deliver a mixture of D & C, construction management and lump sum contracts across multiple sectors.
 
The role – Construction Manager
Due to an internal shuffle this well established Tier 2 builder are looking for a Construction Manager to join the business and support the current State Manager who has been with the business for many years. They are looking for an individual who ideally has a mixture of commercial fit out and new build experience, what is essential is that you have experience with a similar size builder in a similar role or are at the stage where you are ready to step up from a Senior Project Manager position.  
 
Salary will depend on previous experience but will vary between $240K to $270K.
