CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our main tier clients to source a Civil Supervisor to assist in the delivery of minor road work upgrades in the Western Downs Region.
You will be taking a lead role and be in charge of a team of 15+ blue collar workers where responsibilities will include; overseeing pre-strarts, planning day to day activities on site and coordinate & manage sub-contractors & direct labor to achieve project milestones. Scope of works minor road work upgrades such as kerbing, guttering, pavement rehab and resurfacing.
The role is a short term 3 month contract to provided support on site during a busy period of work that they are unable to resource fully internally so appllicants need to be ready to start immediately. Projects are out in the Western Downs Region so accommodation on site will be provided and it will work as a Mon-Fri roster.
We are actively looking to speak to Civil Supervisors with a proven background in minor road work upgrades within remote areas and experienced preferably worked to TMR or Local Council specs.
