The role
Due to growth within the group and recent project wins, they currently require and experienced 12D Civil Designer to join them as Design Team Lead
Reporting to the group leader for transport you will be a key member of the team and will work on a range of roads / highways projects throughout South East Queensland.
You will lead the design team from the front and will work on some huge highways as well as looking after smaller roads jobs autonomously. You will be given all the tools and training to improve and build upon your management and technical experience in order to take yourself to the next level in your career.

The requirements
- 5 years + experience in 12D Civil Design
- Team management experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Exposure to TMR projects
- Experience working on roads projects
