Business Development Manager – Fit Out Industry
 
We’re looking for a BDM to bring in a mixture of new and repeat business with an attractive commission structure. The guys have been generous in their salary and package on offer.
The brand is polished and have a good reputation in the market. Gorgeous offices and a healthy culture.
  
Ideally you’ll come from a similar business specialising in commercial fit outs. This will also be suitable for those coming from a commercial real estate background wanting to break into a different industry whilst utilising their skillset and contacts.
  
The role will involve:

• Business development
• Nurturing existing clients to see where you can generate repeat business
• Lead generation
• Selling the business
• Opportunity to bring in your own business with private clients
• Represent the brand
• Networking events
• Prospecting
• Working closely with estimating, bid and delivery teams
    

Desirable Criteria
  

• Experience working in the interior fit out industry previously
• If not from a direct competitor they will also consider commercial real estate
• Understand tenancy agreements and how to speak to stakeholders
• Confidence and personality
• Want to get out and meet people
• Understanding of the interior fit out market
• Hungry to earn commission
• Buy into the brand and proudly represent the business
