The portfolio is two separate sites but they back onto each other. 42 residential units with 3 retail stores, and a 8 story commercial building which houses some of Sydney's premier residential building suppliers. This is a hugely client facing role and whilst technical expertise and delivery is important, customer service is the paramount focus of the role.

These sites form part of a portfolio of sites with a leading developer within the Sydney inner suburbs market so is very important to the business.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience within the residential building management sector, and ideally have managed retail tenancies as part of your role.
