Job description

This Australian-wide practice are dedicated to creating people-centric environments from the large scale to the small. They have studios in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth with a combined talent of 120 architects, urban planners, interior designers and landscape architects. The Role:
  • Liaise with the Directors and Exec team for direction in the overall brand strategy,
  • Manage the deployment and use of standards across the studio, including style guide, templates, awareness and training,
  • Review the use of the brand across the studio and recommend improvements progressively/annually,
  • Oversee copywriter and photography inputs as required to meet brand standards
  • Manage marketing content creation from within the studio, including frequency, sourcing relevant imagery, and copywriting,
  • Manage quality against the agreed brand standards and current focus areas,
  • Maintain corporate profile content for brand positioning,
  • Maintain marketing material for CV, experience and special interests,
    Review currency of all corporate content annually,
  • PR & Advertising
  • Manage the overall advertising program in line with target markets / priorities,
  • Source opportunities to expose the brand through industry media, sponsorships etc
  • Target an increase frequency of exposure, audience size, and audience
  • Liaise with press, and manage the placement of media releases,
  • Manage the digital media environments and content release,
  • Proactively release content from within the studio, plus externally relevant content,
  • Co-ordinate with the leadership team for approval of all content prior to release,
  • Plan strategic client events in association with the BD manager to support strategic initiatives,
  • Manage the successful delivery of client events with the support of the administration team,
  • Website maintenance and management
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role with demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategy.
  • Graphic design skills are favoured but not necessary. 
  • Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with the national teams and execs
  • Digital specialist with the ability to adopt new technologies easily.
  • Previous experience in an autonomous role advantageous
