Role Overview:
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the electrical design and engineering team. You will oversee the design and delivery of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, including mentoring and developing staff.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of electrical systems for construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical advice.
  • Review designs and drawings to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior electrical engineering role within the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and building services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
