Well-established construction company with 15 years of success in the fit out and refurbishment space.
Looking for an Assistant PM with circa 3 yrs experience on new build construction projects who is looking for an opportunity to lead a site under the supervision of a Senior PM.
Fit out and refurb experience is advantageous.
With an impressive portfolio of clients including Blackmores, Sixt, and IKEA, we deliver projects valued up to $15m, including high-quality joinery supply and install.
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while working on some of Sydney's most exciting commercial projects.
Salary - $120k - $150k package

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects
- Support senior project managers with programming, scheduling, and budgeting
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor site progress, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates
- Gain hands-on experience across all project stages, from tender to handover
- Previous experience in fit out, refurb, or construction (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment
