Looking for an Assistant PM with circa 3 yrs experience on new build construction projects who is looking for an opportunity to lead a site under the supervision of a Senior PM. 
Fit out and refurb experience is advantageous. 

With an impressive portfolio of clients including Blackmores, Sixt, and IKEA, we deliver projects valued up to $15m, including high-quality joinery supply and install. 
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while working on some of Sydney's most exciting commercial projects.

Salary - $120k - $150k package 
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects
• Support senior project managers with programming, scheduling, and budgeting
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor site progress, safety, and quality standards
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates
• Gain hands-on experience across all project stages, from tender to handover

About You:

• Previous experience in fit out, refurb, or construction (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment
