You will:
  • Be working on projects valued at $65M alongside a young and driven team
  • Work collaboratively with the MD who has over 15 years industry experience
  • Be part of a growing and sociable team working on high valued and complex projects
  • Manage project expenditure and cash flow
  • Be responsible for stakeholder management and procurement strategy with both private and public clients
  • Be the business face to the client.
  • Report directly to a Senior Project Manager

You will have:
  
  • Experience working on AS4000 contracts/projects.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Contract Administration or exposure to construction projects
  • Strong Stakeholder or client relationship skills
  • Project financial reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to priorities tasks
  • Construction, build or civil background/exposure.
