Our client is a highly reputable and successful Design and Construct company based out in Rosebery. With an increase in projects and bids and tenders, they are actively seeking a strong administrator to join their fun, upbeat and quirky organisation.
We are currently seeking a career driven Administrator who is looking to build their career in Accounts/Construction/Marketing. This is a Permanent opportunity based in Rosebery near Green Square station and parking is available onsite.
Your roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the marketing director on a day to day basis
- Managing the Reception desk
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Switchboard management
- Diary management
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Query resolution
- Database management
- Ad-hoc duties
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Previous experience in Administration (minimum 3-4 years)
- Experience in Construction Industry is highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Immaculate and upbeat presentation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skill
- Strong attention to detail
