Contract Administrator – Building Projects (Short-Term Contract)
Northwest Sydney | Full-time, 2+ Month Contract (Holiday Cover)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator (CA) to join our team on a short-term contract basis to cover annual leave. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing administrative aspects of small building projects, who is available to step in and hit the ground running.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator (CA) to join our team on a short-term contract basis to cover annual leave. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing administrative aspects of small building projects, who is available to step in and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new jobs and maintain records in our project management system
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and Variations
- Assist with invoice preparation and submission
- Provide weekly client updates on project progress
- Support the project team in general contract admin duties
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry, ideally on small-scale building projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a small office environment
- Duration: Just over 2 months (holiday cover)
- Location: Office-based role in Northwest Sydney
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
