Job description

This well-respected and structured civil contractor is in a growth phase and looking for an experienced administration officer to come in and make their move into an office manager role. You will be in a sole administration position so you will need to have previous experience in the following -
  • Managing the day to day office administration.
  • Weekly payroll, preparing of wages and superannuation
  • Bookkeeping and Invoice preparation
  • Provide PA support to Director when required
  • Telephone inquiries: Sales/Suppliers/Clients
  • Ad-hoc reporting, administration and project support
Coupled with:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive small team focused approach
Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked in the Construction / Civil industry prior for at least 2 years who is able to therefore share their knowledge and assist other members of the team with industry related duties.
