Job description

CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering and design space. 

This family owned business has grown to become a multi-trade building company with over 15 years of experience specialising in insurance and remedial building repairs across residential, strata, commercial/Industrial. They are seeking an admin all rounder Part Time: 3 days a week to start immediately. 
The office is currently small, and will be moving to a larger office space by the end of the year as they grow. 
They are a 15 min walk from Hurstville train station, or it's an easy drive with parking nearby. 

The Role, including but not limited to: 
  • General administration and reception duties
  • Maintain and update motor vehicle registrations, registers, and insurance claims
  • Run company's errands to post office and office supply store
  • Invoicing and chasing
  • Inputting jobs, scheduling 
  • Chasing compliance 
  • Conducting new employee inductions and contract preparations
You will come with:
  • A flexible and approachable attitude, that will see you manage a variety of internal and external inquiries 
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise – this role deals with constant interruptions all day.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Quick learner and hands on
  • Able to work in a small team
