Job Description

CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction and engineering space. We are delighted to be recruiting a Administration Assistant for a well established builder specialising in Commercial sector of the Construction Industry based both in the office and on their sites throughout the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. Our client is currently seeking a switched on Administration Assistant to join their team to assist with busy periods in their business.

The Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will be reporting into the Office Manager and Construction Manager when required on site. The role requires a highly organised candidate who has worked within the construction industry and is eager to learn more. 

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing Phone and email inquiries
  • Multitask across various Administrative tasks 
  • Data Entry 
  • Supporting the Accounts team
  • Reporting
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties 
Who we are looking for
  • Previous experience within Construction both in office and on site 
  • 1-3 years experience in administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Eager to build a career within construction and administration 
  • Drivers licence
