CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, design and engineering space. We are delighted to be recruiting an Administration Assistant for a company specialising in construction and design, in the inner western suburbs of Brisbane. As a business, they encourage career growth and progression and work life balance and are currently seeking a switched on Administration Assistant to join their team to assist with busy periods in their business.

The Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will be reporting into the Office Manager. The role requires a highly organised candidate who has worked within the construction industry and is eager to learn more. 

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing Phone and email inquiries
  • Multitask across various Administrative tasks 
  • Data Entry 
  • Supporting the Accounts team
  • Reporting
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties 
Who we are looking for
  • Previous experience within Construction, Design and/or Engineering
  • 1-3 years experience in administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Eager to build a career within construction and administration
