The role is based in Camperdown and will ideally be in the office each day. Training and development provided.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides crucial administrative support to assist with daily operations throughout the company. You will optimize operational and project deliverables through efficient and accurate administration support and assistance in project, client, and supplier coordination.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks relating to operational and business management
  • Assisting in tender and contract management process, including preparation of tender submission packages.
  • Data entry to various software platforms e.g. Salesforce, SmartSheets and internal network.
  • Assist with completing required documentation, record keeping and checks within ISO compliance.
  • Assisting with company announcements, adhoc administrative tasks, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparation of necessary equipment.
  • Monitoring various inboxes.
  • Lodging service/installation technicians third party supplier bookings.
  • Requesting information and documentation from various stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and up to date records in project management /maintenance portals.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and organize workload
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and database systems.
  • Proven initiative, solid problem-solving skills, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management practices/operations services is advantageous.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a related administration position; engineering/construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary education in a relevant field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability prioritizing multiple tasks to achieve diverse outcomes within limited timeframes.
  • Valid NSW Driver’s License.
