Looking for someone based in the local in the area or able to travel
Autonomous role running the site under a Project Manager

The Company
Our client is a progressive commercial / residential builder who is headed up by a respected veteran in the Sydney market. Strong focus on aged care projects however also working on boutique residential projects in the southern highlands region

The Position
Reporting into a Project Manager (office based) you will be responsible for the day to day operations on site, coordination the sub-contractors, overseeing safety, program and most importantly quality. You will be required to do you own site set out and be on the tools as required.
Projects will vary from new build houses, additions and complete refurbishments
Ideally you will live local to the area as my client requires someone to open and close the site daily.

Ideal background /Skills
- Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience on luxury or boutique residential projects valued to $5M
- Have worked in a Leading Hand / Supervisor with the ability and confidence to manage the site with little supervision
- Traffic control ticket
- First Aid certificate
- Dogmans Ticket – advantageous
- Drivers License and car
