The Company
Civil engineering firm in North Sydney seeking Immediately available submissions and bids coordinator to assist with the compilation and presentation of documents using Word.

Roles and Responsibilities  
Must come from Engineering or Construction prior, or please do not apply. 
  • Document Control - ensuring all documents are compliant 
  • Assist in the coordination of Tender/delivery submission
  • building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Using Word and various administration tasks. 
  • Proactively provide support to the team by meeting deadlines for submissions of various documents
  • Working closely with the engineers
  •  Ensure checks and quality of submissions are accurate 
What we are looking for 
  • min 2-3 years experience in a similar position 
  • MUST COME FROM ENGINEERING OR CONSTRUCTION 
  • Experience using WORD for submissions 
  • Excellent communication, written and spoken
  • Ability to work autonomously
This is a contract position through CGC Recruitment, paid on an hourly rate, weekly pay cycles. 
$35-40p/hr depending on experience.
