- Office management
- Ordering stationery
- Diary Management
- Assisting the Submissions team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the business
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Reporting when required
- Liaise with facility management e.g. cleaners, catering and security services
- Ad-hoc duties
- Proven Office Management/Administration experience
- Experience with submissions
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
- Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
