Your roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
  • Submissions coordination 
  • Office management
  • Ordering stationery
  • Diary Management
  • Assisting the Submissions team 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the business
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Reporting when required
  • Liaise with facility management e.g. cleaners, catering and security services
  • Ad-hoc duties
To be successful you must possess the following:
  • Proven Office Management/Administration experience
  • Experience with submissions 
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
