Job description
CGC are seeking an experienced administrator, wot establish themselves as the Team Assistant in a fast-paced and diverse team, within a global construction organisation.

Duties include;
- Diary, travel, and email management
- Booking and coordinating meetings & taking minuets
- Responding to and directing email and telephone inquiries
- Meeting & greeting guests
- Market research and conducting reports
- Administering/formatting tender documentation
- Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- General office administration, including ordering office supplies
- Preparing invoices
To be considered for this role you will come with;
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Intermediate-Advanced level of skill using MS Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within construction, engineering or design (preferable, although not essential)
