Job description

CGC are seeking an experienced administrator, wot establish themselves as the Team Assistant in a fast-paced and diverse team, within a global construction organisation. 

Duties include;
  • Diary, travel, and email management 
  • Booking and coordinating meetings & taking minuets
  • Responding to and directing email and telephone inquiries
  • Meeting & greeting guests
  • Market research and conducting reports
  • Administering/formatting tender documentation
  • Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • General office administration, including ordering office supplies
  • Preparing invoices

To be considered for this role you will come with;
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience 
  • Intermediate-Advanced level of skill using MS Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience within construction, engineering or design (preferable, although not essential)
