Our Client have been operating in the Sydney area for over 25 years and over that time have established themselves as a market leader in the fit out sector completing projects valued up to $100M. 

Their Sydney office is experiencing a large number of Tender wins which means they are now looking to recruit a Foreman who has specialism working with complicated structures. 

If successful you will be joining a builder who has an annual national T/O of over $600M and have one of the best staff retention rates in the industry. They will see this is a long term appointment show stability on your CV is essential.

Project
They have a complex $60m refurbishment on the horizon which involves working with an existing structures as well as creating new ones next to it

Role
You'll be responsible for the entire Structures package reporting to the SM managing Sub Foreman who will be your eyes and ears on site.
You'll manage short term program, safety, quality, project resource & planning to ensure the structure is delivered on time incident free.  

• Trade qualifications with building diploma
• Strong WHS experience and experience managing tower cranes
• Strong technical, planning & programming skills
• Extensive knowledge of structural trades and ability to push projects
• Good safety & company system management skills
