The Role
 
They currently have a requirement for a Structural Sector Lead to lead the Melbourne team and engage actively in business development to strategically grow the team and the brand regionally while delivering excellent outcomes for clients. You will be working actively with the national team. This role will be instrumental in delivering the buildings business strategy.

The Requirements
 
This position requires an individual who possesses:
 
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Structural Engineer in Australia with well established networks
• VIC experience is essential
• Experience leading the pursuit of major projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian design standards
• Full working rights in Australia
