One of Australia's leading privately held soft services facilities management businesses with operations across all of Australia are looking for an experienced account manager / guest services manager to lead multi service contract at a super regional shopping centre in Melbourne's inner west.
 
The role will oversee the delivery of cleaning and security operations across over 150,000 square metres of prime retails shopping centres, leading a dedicated and well trained team to deliver first class services to retailers, customers and the owners. You will take ownership of all recruitment, retention and training for a team of over 100 operatives across multiple shift patterns over an almost 24/7 retail environment. 
 
The contract forms part of a much wider relationship with one of Australia's leading owner operators of retail assets and is one of their largest individual site contracts and as such is a key contract for the businesses wider operations.
 
To succeed in this role you will have a wealth of shopping centre service delivery, ideally across multiple service lines, and those with strong security background would be preferable. The role needs somebody who is equally adept at managing upwards as well as downwards and would suit somebody who has a strong character and can be firm when needed.
 
The business has its own in house training teams that self delivers both operative and management training courses, great systems and fantastic support from HR and upper management and can offer genuine opportunities for advancement down the track.
