Our client is an award-winning residential builder who have become one of the leading regional builders in the Hunter Valley & Central Coast areas.

The builder will cater to all markets & are able to produce a custom home but within the realm of a project home budget.
  
My client have over 50 years’ experience of expertise within the residential build space & over 200 design variations to work from.

The role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of projects in the Central Coast area. Depending on experience, you will be handling up to 20 dwellings at any one time.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience

• It is essential that you have managed upwards of 20 projects at any one time
• Able to lead a team and drive team
• Have experience supervising on residential projects
• Have stability on your CV
• Able to work in team environment
• Able to lead from the front
• Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
