CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established national building contractor who specilaise in the delivery of high end fit out and refurbishment projects into the Retail and Hospitality sectors within Australia. 

The Opportunity - Site Supervisor

Due to being awarded new projects, having an extremely healthy pipeline of work secured for the next 12+ months and exciting growth plans in place within Perth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to play a key role in delivering fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from $100k, up to $5m+. 

A young, dynamic team that have a close knit environment that consistently exceed expectations for clients on projects, which leads to consistent repeat business from high profile clients. 

Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will be a trade qualified Carpenter by background who has then stepped up into a role where you are confident overseeing site requirements, managing the site, coordinating and managing sub contractors to ensure successful timeframe and delivery. Working in partnership with a highly experienced Senior Project Manager, you will have full support on each project. 

Rarely on the tools, however there may be times where you need to jump on to get the job finished etc when needed, so the business is seeking a Supervisor with a proactive mindset, happy to help out where needed.
