Project:
- With a new scheme starting in December, our client is looking to appoint a Site /Project Manager to deliver a 17-unit, high end apartment project based in Sutherland Shire. DA and CC has been obtained.
- Being a boutique builder/developer, they are highly focused on relationships and workmanship so your ability to forge strong relationships with trades to produce a quality project is a must.
- You’ll drive program, subbie performance, cost and downstream contracts working with the office-based CA to ensure all invoices are processed in line with progresses.
