CGC Brisbane, are currently seeking an additional Site Manager for some key, mid-rise projects in the Brisbane and Gold Coast region.  This role is working in the Residential building sector, but the builder have a strong track record in many other areas.

Travel will be required across your given sites and you must be comfortable running the full project - project values to circa $20m. 

We are looking for someone capable, driven, and determined to see the job completed to a high standard of quality and safety.

Candidate specification:
- Experienced as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor on Residential or Commercial Mid to High Rise Projects
- Background working for another well known Builder is preferred
- Trades background with a valid site Supervisor's licence
- Consistent with QLD QBCC building codes and safety regulations
- Very Flexible with travel as and when required
- A strong communicator, and approachable by nature
