The Company: 
Seeking a Site Manager for an established builder predominately operating in the public sectors including, School, Community & Life Saving centres, and local authority projects Ranging from $2m to $10m

With great client and sub contractor relationships they have grown steadily since inception and how have solid $25m T/O and employ 20 staff. 

With a new project in Newcastle we are looking for a Site manager to start ASAP. The initial project is a $4m community centre in Maitland.

You'll be responsible to a PM who will be based in Sydney so you will need to be experience dealing with clients, sending RFI to Consultants and Architects etc. 

About You: 
Seeking a Site manager who is able to take control of the project which has 3 months left to completion. you must be able to write short term program and maintain a good integrated Management system. 

Ideally we are looking for someone who is happy to work in Newcastle and Sydney so you may be based on the Central Coast. If however you are looking for a short term contract we will consider this also. (Fixed Term Contract)
