With a a number of projects underway in Newcastle we are actively seeking an experienced Site Manager on to take control of the site and push the program while keeping an eye on first class finishing and quality.
  
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced Site Manager in the high rise residential environment with the ability to control of a project at different stages (ground work, structures and finishing) while maintaining a safe, proactive and positive site. 
  
The company in a good position and a healthy pipeline of work there is a possibility the role will convert to a permanent position for the right person.

• A trade background
• A minimum of 10 years experience delivering your own projects
• A strong residential background (High Rise)
• Experience on projects of $20m plus
• Stability on your CV
• Able to write your own short term programmes
• Good communicator
• Able to manage a team
• Able to mentor the younger Foreman
• Be well presented as you will be dealing with the client
