CGC Recruitment Brisbane, currently seeking an additional Site Manager to work for a very well established Queensland business in the Residential and Commercial building & construction sector.
 
You will be travelling frequently, with coverage on several sites across Brisbane and Regional QLD, managing and organising individual site teams, and responsible for the tender process / and appointing the appropriate sub contractors on site.   Safety and site security are a very high priority, as well as producing quality results with minimal downtime.
 
We need someone confident in this role and capable of running their own sites to $20m in value

Candidate specification:
- Experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on Residential or High End Townhouse Projects.
- Background working for another well known Residential Builder is preferred
- Trades background with a valid site Supervisor's licence
- Consistent with QLD building codes and safety regulations
- Very Flexible with travel as and when required
- Strong communicator, and approachable
