The business was formed in Queensland over 30 years ago and operates with around 40 staff They have built very strong relationships in Queensland over the years and are rewarded with stable, repeat work.
 
They are known for delivering projects across the state in the government, education, retail, aged care, health and commercial sectors with a value of $5M to $40M. They have managed to keep a close-knit family feel and a low staff turnover.

The Position
Due to several successful recent tenders, they are looking for a motivated Site Manager who is focused on long-term career progression.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate labour activity on site and manage overall site performance of the building and construction process, including liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, project management procedures and health and safety guidelines
• Implementing and updating documentation as required, such as a site diary and incident reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Experience working with a reputable Australian builder
• A trades background
• An open QLD supervisors license
• Stability with previous employers
