Long servicing builder who has been trading in the NSW market since the mid 90’s and has a strong reputation delivering projects for NSW government agencies as well as private corporates. Boutique in nature they are able to offer clients a personalised service, currently they have a small but highly experienced team of professionals who deliver projects ranging from fitout / refurb to light weight new builds - projects up to $5M

You will work with dynamic managers who are progressive, are still hands on and have created a family friendly culture. Subbie relationships and nurtured and staff receive the required training and mentorship to progress their careers The company does undertake some regional works however the delivery of this work is spread evenly amongst staff so you will; not have to be constantly travelling
Position
Working closely with the Project Manager you will have early involvement on all projects and assist, were required, to scope and let contracts. Once a project is on site you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of all site activities ensures quality and safety are maintained.
This is a permanent role that will long term be based in Sydney however starting in mid Jan they have a School to deliver in Dubbo with a programme of 6 months, $2.2M. It will be all expenses paid and your family are welcome to join you for the duration of they project.

Ideal background
- Carpentry trade or degree with management/coordination experience on commercial projects up to 10M
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors
- Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes using MS project
- Ability to scope and let package – as required
- Previously experience working with a well-run builders on commercial projects
- Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
