Site Manager - Long term contract role
Company
Established over 30 years ago this highly respected builder who specialise in the residential, commercial, industrial and age care sectors have recently secured a project based in the inner west
The project
This is a demo of an existing building and then a 3 level structure Student Accommodation with roughly a 100 studio apartments (student dwellings )
You will be site based which will be located close to Sydney CBD and will be working closely with an experienced Project Manager who will also be based on the project.

- Experience as a Site manager on residential or student accommodation projects preferred but not essential
- First Aid
- working for tier 3 builders upwards
- Trade background
