This builder of choice have been established for over 30 years and have a fantastic reputation across Australia, operating in QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT. With a diverse client portfolio across a number of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Health and Education client satisfaction is the driver of the business, with multiple repeat business won from a long history of satisfied clients. They have recently picked up a retail project in Gladstone which has forced them to grow their team.
About the Role – Site Manager
This role is based in Gladstone, however if you are open to regional work please do apply. Stage 1 of this $7m project involves both construction and refurbishment of a retail property in Gladstone. The project is due to commence in 2-3 weeks. You will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring that safety requirements are adhered to at all times, managing subcontractors delivering a broad scope of works and you will assist with progress reports.

- Come from a trade background
- 5 years minimum construction management experience
- Commercial and Retail background
- Hold a supervisors or builders licence
- Good communicator
- Good work ethic
- Ability to multitask
