Well-known commercial builder who have been established for nearly 10 years are continuing to grow year on year, who are known for delivering commercial projects which are a mixture of government and privately projects ranging from $2M to $20M.
The Position
Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of a $5.5M school based in the eastern suburbs. Day to day you will ensure that the programme, quality and safety are maintained and project milestones are met.
Salary will be in line with market trends however this is a flagship project so our client so they willing to pay mid-tier salaries to attack the right people.

- Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience on commercial / industrial projects
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors
- Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes
- Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
