We are currently working in partnership with a new custom homes builder that has operated within the residential market for the past 6 years and has started to grow its team due to high demand.

They specialise in providing luxury, bespoke homes to the Australian residential market, with a true focus on quality rather than numbers with properties valued up to $2m.

About the Role
They are looking for a Site Manager to come on board and manage up to 3 high-end custom builds at once. You will be working with an already established group of trades to make sure that programmes are completed on time, safety and to high standard. 

Skills & Experience 

• Carpentry Background
• Over 5 years’ experience working on residential projects
• Network of local trades
• Experience working on custom homes 
• Experience working on multiple sites at once 
• Must be looking for long term opportunity
