We are currently working with a commercial builder based in the Central coast/ Newcastle area who are looking for a Site Manager on an immediate start for a School refurbishment.
Over the past 4 years they have grown from strength to strength increasing their staff size from 5 people to 30. Their origins lies in the fast-paced retail market with their average project valued between $500K-2m.
Their construction division are looking for a Site Manager to join the team on a contract basis for 4-5 months. You will run your own refurbishment project reporting to your project Manager who is based in head office. There are 2 x projects on offer:
1: School refurbishment in the Hunter Valley area which will be running until July
2: Office fit out in the Newcastle CBD which is a 3 month contract
What you need to be successful for this Site Manager role:
- Come from a trade background
- A commercial construction or school projects background is preferred
- Rate of $60- $70ph dependant on set up
- An opportunity to work for a builder who are well respected in NSW
