Working within the commercial fit out space for the last 17 years our client have built up a fantastic reputation with tier one clients and property owners.

With a healthy order book for 2020 and some with a high level of tenders in negotiation we are actively looking for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.  
 
The company culture is very good and they have strong staff retention with all site staff having over 5 years tenure. They have some excellent systems in place, including WHS, contract administration and back office support. They have dedicated senior management team and where possible they promote from within.
 
Due to the high level of experience required in the interior fit out / refurbishment market, please understand you will not be considered if you do not have $2m plus refurbishment experience.  
 
To be considered you'll have the follow skills:
  • Come from a trade background
  • Proven experience in Australia delivering projects of $2m plus (Design & Build / Hard Dollar)   
  • Experience across different sectors is OK but you must have proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment projects
  • Able to lead from the front
  • Be a natural communicator and people manager
  • Take full responsibility for your project, including program and WHS requirements
  • Able to manage and coordinate trades and deliver with minimal / no defects. 
This is a great opportunity to join a very collabritive team and lead high end projects predominately in the CBD. You'll be responsible for programming the sites to a 5 or 6 day week as long as the program is achieved.
