The Position

The scope of works will be to deliver a $14M apartment block apartment block, 3 storeys 23 units based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are looking for someone that has delivered residential projects and is effective at driving a programme whilst maintaining a architectural finish.

Ideal background

• Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience delivering multi storey resi projects
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors on residential projects
• Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes
• Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
