This ambitious builder who were founded in Victoria over 80 years ago have been operating in the QLD Market for over 10 years now and are continuing to grow year on year focusing on projects in the health, commercial, education and agecare sectors.
 
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the business and deliver a $40M agecare project located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane CBD which is a landmark project. 
 
To be successful for this role of Site Manager you will need:

• A trade background
• Experience with a well-known tier 1 or tier 2 builder as a Site Manager
• Delivered projects in the education/health/agecare sectors
• Experience delivering projects of $30M plus
• Confident in leading a large team
• Stability on your CV
