About the Role – Site Manager

Due to more successful tenders across the business with national clients there is now a requirement for an additional Site Manager to deliver a fast food restaurant fit out on the Gold Coast.  You will join an established team and will report to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for organising and supervising trades and assisting with the day to day running of site.  They are looking for this person to start at the end of July.

Skills and Experience 

• Experience with a fit out contractor/builder
• Worked on fit out / refurbishment projects
• Experience completing fast food restaurant projects is desired
• Come from a trade background
• Must have QBCC Supervisors licence
• Must hold current up to date First Aid
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
