Having existed in the Sydney market for over 20 years, this award-winning builder is looking to bolster to team with an up and coming Site Foreman. They work on both Commercial and Residential Projects but all within the high-end sector. 
Role
They are looking for a Site foreman to act as a number 2 on Site and work alongside an experienced Site Manager. The ideal candidate would be from a carpentry background as you will be expected to occasionally help out on the tools in order to push the programme. The main duty will be to drive trades forward and ensure quality of the work is maintained.
You will also be required to deal with the client on a regular basis, take in requests on variations and deliver them to the office and the Site Manager.
Project
The initial project that you will be working on is a $6m 3 storey new build house in Bellevue Hill. The value in this project is in the internal finish and joinery package with exported materials from different part of Europe and Africa.

Package
As well as giving priceless experience they also offer a competitive salary dependant on your previous work history . They could offer up to $120K package but this would have to be justified in experience.
